Reservations

Reservations can be made by calling (916) 966-8100.  A 20% deposit is required and can be charged to your Visa, Mastercard, or Discover card.     

Since reserved items are no longer available to other customers, changes or cancellations are permitted with 7 days advance notice.  Due to limited inventory of some items, tents, canopies, special ordered products, special order linen colors, candelabras, champagne fountains, props, concession equipment, and propane fired equipment require additional advance notice, call for specifics. 

Refunds of deposits will only be made if the above advance notice is provided.

It is not unusual for us to be providing products and services to as many as 40 events on any given day, so additions to your reservation are available on a first come, first served basis.

Refundable, security and cleaning deposits may also be required on the rental of some items.
